Cambridge
and Oxford Houses organised an inter house sports tournament on Friday 26 March to raise funds for Speech Matters (part of the Stroke Association) and the Lakeland Special Olympics Team. Junior forms played netball while the older age groups showed their competitive spirit in a benchball competition. There was great excitement throughout the day which ended with Queen’s House at the top of the league table followed by Cambridge, Trinity and Oxford.
The event raised a total of £515.31 and we look forwarded to inviting representatives from both charities into school to collect the cheques early in the summer term.
